IMT Ballantyne

We lived here for a few months while buying a house. What an awesome place to live. The atmosphere is amazing. Meagan and her crew always go above and beyond. People are all friendly. Free coffee in the rec room. They always have functions for the residents. I would highly recommend IMT Ballantyne to any one looking for an apartment.

I don’t have enough words to describe how incredible was for us to have the tour and application experience with Meg! Since the moment we got there Meg welcomed us with a great smile, she gave us the best tour and also help us to find the perfect apartment for me, my husband and our dog. The application process was easy and we received the approval really fast! Now we are happy to call IMT Ballantyne our home and that’s thanks to Megan!!!❤️

I would like to share that my experience here at IMT Ballantyne has been spectacular. Back in May 2023 I started my apartment search in the Charlotte area (moving from Miami), and then came across IMT Ballantyne. I noticed they were right across the street from my new church (Elevation Church) and decided I had to check it out. I met Gaby, their amazing community manager and she gave me a comprehensive tour of the property and answered all the questions I had. On the same day, I decided this was going to be my new home in Charlotte. Fast forward two months, I went thru the move in process. Once again I was greeted by Gaby. When I was shown my new apartment for the first time, it was exactly as promised (everything was in excellent condition). After about 3 weeks living here, I must say that I am very happy I made the choice to live here. I see maintenance staff always cleaning the property throughout the day. It is a very nice and quiet ambiance. They have a beautiful clubhouse and pool for when you do not want to be inside of your apartment and also activities such as bingo from time to time to create community between the residents. I wish I could have given the property 6 stars but it didn't give me that option.

I can say Meg you are absolutely amazing. You Rock !!!! You have a warm heart and you deserve a raise. When I visit you a year ago inquiring about a place Meg was so helpful she simply explained everything to me and she even cut her lunch break to help me the Conversation was very helpful I told her that I will be back when I was ready. She kept in touch with me. I just love her sense of human you need more people like Meg and her staff I will recommend anyone that is interested in a place to stay here. Thank you your team rocks

Pros: The club house and pool area are nice. Coffee in the clubhouse is free and actually delicious. Maintenance personnel and some office staff (Shey and Brit) are polite. That's about it. Cons: The apartments are cheaply made and the walls are paper thin. The neighbors are loud and inconsiderate of others by loud banging or music sometimes past midnight. The office staff couldn't care less, calling neighbors loud noise activity "everyday apartment living noise." Good luck getting a good night's sleep here. You're obligated to pay for trash valet, but at least once a week the trash is not picked up. Some of the office staff (specifically Megan and Manager Gabrielle) are seriously rude and condescending. Don't let the positive reviews fool you. It's obviously some kind of a ploy by the office management to have new tenants post them in lieu of 1st rent discount. They spam you with emails daily about storage and parking rentals. Oh, and the security here is non-existent.
